Shipping policy

Items with personalization have a lead time of 7-10 business days before shipping.

Ready-made items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days.

Ready-made items that are out of stock will ship as soon as they are restocked. The restocking timeframe for any ready-made item will be denoted in the item descriptions.

Any deviations from these timeframes, (for example, during peak demand periods such as the holiday season) will be noted on the website homepage and as a pop up.
