Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, Seven Hills Stationery does not accept returns on any of our products.
We do offer exchanges on our ready-made items provided you have made a request, in writing, within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item you wish to exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on ready-made items that were purchased “on sale.”
Items may be exchanged for the same type of ready-made item in a different design. For example, a ready-made set of 15 A2 Notecards may be exchanged for a ready-made set of 15 A2 Notecards in a different design.
To request an exchange, contact us at meredith@sevenhillsstationery.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- First and Last Name of the purchaser
- Date of purchase
- Date item was received
- Name of the item you purchased -AND- name of the item you wish to exchange it for
Once we confirm your exchange, you will need to send the item back to us before we can ship your new item. Instructions for sending back your original item will be provided in your exchange confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or for custom items, if your personalization is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
